Back in August, Pink Floyd The Later Years 1987-2019 was confirmed and detailed. It will appear as a 16-disc (or 18, if you include the two singles) box set, a double vinyl LP with selected highlights from the set, and a CD release of these highlights too. These will all be released on Friday, November 29th, this year. Here's what the box set will include:
CD 1: A Momentary Lapse of Reason (Updated & Remixed)
All of the album's drum parts have been re-recorded by Mason for the 2019 version (not all drum parts were played by Mason on the original release) and more of keyboardist Rick Wright's parts have been included (replacing parts which were played by session musicians on the original). The album has been remixed for 2019.
