Coming in September 2013 is The Gathering Storm - The Album Art of Storm Thorgerson, a new hardback book which collects together a range of album graphics by the late and much missed Storm and his colleagues at Hipgnosis and StormStudios, all of whom worked on the incredible images crafted and enjoyed by music fans of a multitude of bands, across the world.

The book, which Storm was able to see (and approve) shortly before his passing, is - like the previous book, A Raging Storm - published by StormStudios and de Milo, and printed in Italy on high quality paper in full colour over its 256 pages. There's also a limited edition Wibalin "Berry" (mauve) hardback with a custom designed cover incorporating Storm's logo in Luxor block foil.

With artwork created for Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, Muse, Peter Gabriel, Wombats, 10cc, Audioslave, Black Sabbath, Biffy Clyro, Genesis, Rainbow, Steve Miller, Pendulum and The Mars Volta amongst others, a wide cross-section of people will no doubt thoroughly enjoy it. Our review, though, will be along closer to publication date.
