Starting tomorrow night at Thinktank Planetarium, part of Birmingham's Science Museum, are a series of special Pink Floyd evenings.
The focus of each evening, which promise atmospheric 360 degree dome visuals alongside the music
from the albums, is devoted to a specific release:
- The Wall - on July 8th and September 17th
- Wish You Were Here - July 22nd, August 12th, September 3rd
- The Dark Side Of The Moon - August 5th, 20th, and 26th
The shows are suitable for ages 12+.
Entrance is by advance ticket only, which can be ordered through this link.
As part of the event, our friends over at Birmingham's St Paul's Gallery will be exhibiting there. They own the world's
largest collection of signed album cover fine art, including rare and very rare Floyd music and
concert artefacts. A number of these items will be on display, and on sale, mainly specific to the
album being performed that evening, which should make the events even more interesting.
