The Borders Book Festival took place toward the end of last week, and the weekend, between 12th-15th June 2014, in Melrose (close to
Edinburgh), Scotland. As part of the festival, on the first day Nick Mason was in
conversation with comedian and impressionist, Rory Bremner, at the Born in the Borders Marquee.
Brain Damage reader Tom Dyce was there, and kindly reported back on the event. "Just returned from an excellent evening at Melrose, where Nick was in conversation with Rory Bremner. A thoroughly entertaining chat with lots of good humour and a great atmosphere deep in the Scottish Borders.
"Nick covered much of his time with Pink Floyd from the early days right up to the present state of affairs. There was also a question and answer session which was a chance for the very knowlegable audience to pose those questions they always wanted to ask. Afterwards Nick took time to sign books for the very large crowd, all in a great event."
Tom also shared some pictures which we're pleased to bring you here. Just click on the thumbnails...
