The official Syd Barrett website has this afternoon received a fresh new look, with a cleaner, more colourful aspect, complete with a psychedelic, gently swirling background!

First launched in December 2008, SydBarrett.com is a wonderful website for the founding member of Pink Floyd. It is a celebration of his life and work, covering not just his music, but with a strong focus on his major passion which spanned his whole life - art.

The site includes a news section, a biography, and discography. The main attraction of the site for many though is the gallery, split into Syd's artworks, and photos of Syd.
