DAVID GILMOUR "ON AN ISLAND" ALBUM - MUSICIAN LINE-UP
Since December 2005, one aspect of David Gilmour's website (DavidGilmour.com) was updated on a daily basis with information on his forthcoming solo album "On An Island", and the accompanying tour.
The fascinating "blog" (aka weblog)
has had news and information posted each day, along with an exclusive
picture from the sessions taken by David's wife Polly. Whilst some of
the pictures are of David, others are of the various musicians who are
involved with the project, and as each day passes, little bits of
information appeared which built a bigger picture of the
line-up!
The list below is of all the
musicians we currently know of, that were involved in the recording
sessions for David's album.
