Tim Renwick, an old friend of David Gilmour, and a key part of Pink Floyd's touring band from 1987 onwards, has a fabulous new album out. Privateer is a guitar-based instrumental album, showcasing his fluid, evocative style in a range of different tracks, some of which betraying the influence Pink Floyd have had on him!
The album can only be bought from his website - www.TimRenwick.com - where you can hear clips from some of the songs, and find out more about the man. Tim has been in touch with us, and we're very pleased to offer a copy of the album in our latest Brain Damage competition!
The musicians on the album include Guy Pratt, and someone who has drummed for Syd Barrett, David Gilmour, AND Pink Floyd. To win the album, you need to tell us who this is! [Hint: the answer can be found over at www.TimRenwick.com!]
