The UK's respected monthly music publication Uncut are offering a special opportunity to Pink Floyd fans. Nick Mason, the Floyd mainstay and now, Saucerful Of Secrets bandleader, will field your enquiries in a future issue of Uncut.
As the only ever-present member of Pink Floyd throughout their history, Nick has seen a thing or two. He's drummed on every Floyd album from The Piper At The Gates Of Dawn to The Endless River, played every show from The Countdown Club to Live8.
Right now, Mason has chosen to shed new light on Pink Floyd's visionary early output with the formation of Saucerful Of Secrets specifically to play pre-1973 material. Having now played four small shows in London, the worldwide reaction to the band - and the setlist - has been spectacular and a full European tour is booked for the autumn.
Of course, Mason is not just a drummer – he’s also a writer, racing driver, qualified pilot and solo artist, thanks to his albums from the 80s made with the likes of Carla Bley, Robert Wyatt and Rick Fenn.
We bet a number of you have some burning questions for Nick; if so, send your questions by next Wednesday, June 13th, to
