More artwork for you, with the news that Storm Thorgerson has been busy creating again. He has taken another look at the "Back Catalogue" concept which he has been developing since EMI commissioned him to create an image to promote the Pink Floyd's albums. This time, he has been busy in South Africa, and his latest take on the idea [click thumbnail, right] - entitled "Outback Catalogue" - includes not just the Syd Barrett-esque "Pink Floyd - Tree of Half Life" but covers he created for Genesis (Lamb Lies Down), the Cranberries, and Mars Volta.
It is available to buy from Stormsight.co.uk as a fine art limited edition print, signed, titled and numbered by Storm himself. Should be another popular image amongst Storm's many enthusiastic fans worldwide.
