Kaufmann Concert HallFor those in or near New York City, an upcoming event at the Theresa L Kaufmann Concert Hall at the 92nd Street Y in Lexington Avenue is well worth snapping up tickets for.

At 8pm on April 30th, 2013, Roger Waters will be taking the stage to look back over his long career, first with Pink Floyd, then as a solo artist. His various side projects and interests will no doubt also feature in what should be a fascinating evening.

Tickets are priced from $29 and are on sale now.

The 92nd Street Y is a world-class nonprofit community and cultural center that connects people at every stage of life to the worlds of education, the arts, health and wellness, and Jewish life. More information on the venue, the event, and how to buy tickets can be found at 92y.org.

UPDATE, March 26th: The organisers have announced that this event has been postponed. As yet, we don't have details of the revised date (assuming it still goes ahead) or ticketing refunds. If you have tickets for the event, ensure you keep hold of them pending further information. As soon as we have more on this, we will let you know...

FURTHER UPDATE, March 26th: The event is now scheduled to take place, at the same venue, on June 19th, 2013. Tickets should be valid for the new date.
