Roger Waters signed DSOTM for Cancer Research UKThe incredibly important charity Cancer Research UK is holding a special Sound & Vision event on February 25th. Very limited tickets are available for the event celebrating rock, pop, the people who make it and the images it inspires, with an intimate audience with Robert Plant and David Gray at Abbey Road Studios.

Along with this event, a charity auction is running here on eBay, with a wide range of items currently on offer, and soon to be available for bidding. Amongst the items are a Fender guitar signed by performers at the O2 Wireless Festival 2009, a unique Led Zeppelin II cymbal played at the reunion concert and signed by Jason Bonham, and a tour of Abbey Road with Giles Martin, son of Beatles producer Sir George Martin.

Also, starting on February 14th is a specially framed CD presentation of Pink Floyd's "The Dark Side Of The Moon" signed by Roger Waters [click thumbnail, left]. All auction items have been donated to Cancer Research UK. Please bid generously and help raise money for their life-saving work, which ultimately helps people worldwide.
