Sunday's Newport Folk Festival (July 30th) in Rhode Island lived up to its reputation for the odd surprise - during John Prine's set, he brought out My Morning Jacket’s Jim James, Rateliff, the band Lucius, and Roger Waters (between shows on his Us + Them tour) to close out the day’s music, performing Hello In There from Prine's 1971 self-titled debut album, as well as Paradise, the finale of the show.
