All of us here at Brain Damage would like to extend our best wishes to Richard Wright, who today, 28th July, celebrates his 63rd birthday.

Richard was born in Hatch End, London, in 1943, and whilst at the Regent Street Poly, met Roger Waters and Nick Mason, which lead to the formation of Sigma 6 in 1963, the band that developed into Pink Floyd...

Over the years, Richard has made a unique, unforgettable contribution to the band's music and overall "sound", and is currently performing on David Gilmour's On An Island tour.
