The excellent new band Long-View have arranged a very special show in London for next week. As part of the show, at the Prince Charles Cinema (just off Leicester Square), they will be showing the film "Pink Floyd - The Wall" in full before they perform tracks from their debut album "Mercury", which is out now.

The concert has been arranged by radio station XFM, and tickets are selling quickly. It has been some time since The Wall was last screened in London (indeed, screened anywhere), and the added bonus of Long-View has made it a show to catch.

We have heard the album, and it is a very enjoyable blend of indie rock - to our ears, akin to some of the material that Coldplay and Embrace have done. Certainly an album worth hearing!

The band are big Floyd fans, and jumped at the chance of having "The Wall" screened prior to their performance! More information on the band can be found through their website - LongViewMusic.com. Tickets for the concert cost £10 and can be ordered now.
