We recently reported that the US and Canadian Region 1 release of the "Pink Floyd & Syd Barrett Story" DVD, would be out next month.

The DVD includes an extra bonus chapter not included on the European/Australian versions, looking at some fascinating memorabilia from 1967. It also features wonderful all-new cover art, designed by acclaimed British artist Mark Wilkinson (see this other news item regarding his inspiration for this cover!)

The release date has been split, with the Canadians getting it first, on November 30th 2004, and the US getting it on January 2nd 2005.

It is bound to be a really popular title - in the markets that it is already available - Europe and Australia - it has been snapped up by eager fans. And they haven't been disappointed. The bonus is, that this is an expanded edition, containing material not on those versions!
