As we mentioned back on May 13th, Nick Mason is appearing on Arte TV this week, to promote his current book "Inside Out: A Personal History of Pink Floyd".

Arte TV is available to our German and French visitors, and Nick's appearance is part of the Tracks magazine programme on June 2nd at 23:30hrs. It is broadcast with German and French soundtracks.

Here's how Arte describe Nick's segment of the show: "Under the influence of the Beatles, jazz and blues, four musicians - Syd Barrett, Roger Waters, Rick Wright and Nick Mason - founded the legendary group Pink Floyd, in 1965, in London. After 40 years Nick Mason, the "intellectual" drummer of the band, the British "psychedelic-kings", who broke all LP sales records worldwide, shares his memories of the band."

Our thanks to Michael Nickel for the additional information about this show.

If you haven't already got your copy of Nick's book, it really is an essential purchase. Amazon are promoting the book heavily on their websites, currently offering it at a well discounted price. It can be ordered from Amazon USA, Canada, UK/Elsewhere, Germany, or France (which has the French language version as well as the English language version). Any item bought from Amazon after getting to their site from our special links, helps with the running costs of this site, and we greatly appreciate it.
