Further to our previous news items about Nick Mason's long-awaited, and much anticipated, book about Pink Floyd, called "Inside Out - A Personal History", to be published by Weidenfeld & Nicolson in the UK and Europe, we have an update on the publication date courtesy of the publishers, who we spoke to again yesterday...

Due to a few issues the release date moved from September 9th to October 14th, but this has now been revised, and as at yesterday, they were working to October 7th, and is now extremely likely to remain as this. Should any further change take place, the publishers will let us know.

We have had a number of emails from people who's first language is not English, wondering if it will translated into other languages. The good news is that there will be a French edition (published by Editions du Chene) and an Italian edition (Rizzoli), both due to be published in Spring 2005, which is also when the US edition appears from Chronicle Books. Once we have firm dates for these, we will let you know.
