Further to our previous news story on March 29th, Nick Mason arrived in Italy today to promote his great new book "La prima autobiografia dei Pink Floyd" (the Italian language version of "Inside Out - A Personal History Of Pink Floyd"). Here's what the next few days have to offer:

April 26th: In Castiglione, Nick is undergoing a string of press conferences and interviews with the printed media, television and radio. Then, in the evening, the Santa Maria Restaurant in Castiglione is having a meal for 1000, with (at 6pm) music from Floyd Machine, a press conference at 8pm, then at 9:30pm, Nick will present his book and sign copies of it for the assembled masses.

April 27th: In Milan, Nick will be doing interviews in the morning. In the afternoon, between 3pm and 4:30pm (1pm and 2:30pm GMT) he takes part in a live videochat on www.rcslibri.it. The video stream will be in Windows Media and Real formats. At 7pm Nick appears at the La Feltrinelli Libri E Musica bookstore, at piazza Piemonte 2, Milan. Here, there will be a presentation of Inside Out, with Riccardo Bertoncelli and Franco Zanetti, and a book signing too.

April 28th: Still in Milan, Nick will be undertaking more interviews, including one for the Italian Floydchannel.

With regard to Nick's book signing appearances, these are naturally likely to be as popular as they have been elsewhere - so if you intend seeing him, please be early, to avoid disappointment. Please confirm times with the venues before setting out, as all these sessions are subject to last minute change.
