This week, the Chicago Tribune posted a very interesting article looking at some of the technical details behind The Wall, as seen on the current Roger Waters tour which played it's third show in Chicago last night. As they put it, "to answer one of the great unasked questions in rock 'n roll: All in all, there are precisely 424 bricks in The Wall."

They talk in detail about the size, scale, and logistical background to the bricklaying and subsequent demolition each evening, with the help of Sean Evans (Wall film creator), Jeremy Lloyd (technical designer) and Mark Fisher (architect). Click here to read the article.

Continuing The Wall theme, this coming Sunday (September 26th), Ottawa radio station Chez106 has a two hour "behind the scenes tour special" that begins at noon EDT (which equates to 5pm UK time, and 2am Brisbane).
