The UK newspaper the Daily Express reported on July 9th that David Gilmour is "mightily peeved that his 12-year-old son Charlie has become much better than him on the saxophone after they started taking lessons together."

Gilmour sighed: "The problem is, I still can't read music properly. I'm up to a decent level now but Charlie has overtaken me. Young minds are more keen to take these things up, you see." Sounds like Dick Parry isn't yet out of a job performing the solo in Shine On!
