In the first of a series of special programmes, Titus Jennings, a presenter on Pipeline Radio (and
occasional Brain Damage contributor), will feature two hours of material on which David Gilmour guests as either guitarist or vocalist on others' recordings.
Artists included in the line-up include Paul McCartney, BB King, Kate Bush, Dream Academy and Snowy White.
The show will air repeatedly from August 1st. Being an internet-based radio station, they don’t have specific time slots – at present – rather the programmes “loop” across the server, so it will air from August 1st for a week, and it is a bit pot-luck as to when it will be on. They are working on a system which will allow programmes to be scheduled, but at least this means that all the shows can be heard in different territories at “respectable” hours.
In the UK and Europe the station is also available on the Sky Digital service (Channel 913, Monday-Friday, 4-6pm) which is set to expand in the not-too-distant future.
