Making a bit of a change, we have some good news for Pink Floyd fans in Belgium! We have details of a couple of television/radio broadcasts that you'll have to catch...

The first of these will air tomorrow evening (Saturday, May 27th). Belgian TV Channel "LaDeux" will be broadcasting a David Gilmour special on its show called "D6BELS", from 6.20pm to 6.55pm (CET).

The LaDeux website talks at length about David's new album, On An Island, along with his past career, and the people he has been working with recently. However, it does not go into any detail as to the contents of the 35 minute programme.

This Gilmour Special will be repeated four times on the same channel (LaDeux), on the following dates:

  • Sunday May 28th, at 6.50pm (CET)
  • Wednesday May 31st, at 10.55am (CET)
  • Thursday June 1st, at midnight (CET)
  • Friday June 2nd, at 1.35am (CET) (early Saturday morning)

Turning to Roger Waters, we have the great news that his very special show being held at the Magny-Cours F1 race circuit in France, on July 14th, will be broadcast LIVE by the LaDeux TV channel, and simultaneously on FM radio station, Classic21.

The show itself features Nick Mason guesting on drums for the performance of Dark Side Of The Moon, and should be a great event.

Thanks to our friend Marc-Olivier for this information!
