COMMENTS
The European leg of Roger's new tour - THIS IS NOT A DRILL - has now been announced, and is a new production. The show will be presented "live in the round" - a departure from Roger's previous shows. The production has already been seen in the US and Canada in the latter part of 2022, showcasing both the new visuals, and the new set list. More details of that can be found in the show pages for Roger's 2022 tour - but don't go there if you don't want to have any surprises spoilt!
Those who have attended - or have seen pictures/video of - Roger's previous tours, will know just how spectacular and moving this new production is likely to be, and how it is a show you really shouldn't miss! From comments Roger has made in recent interviews, it could be his final tour...

Night twenty-seven of the 2023 This Is Not A Drill tour for Roger Waters, his band, and crew, back in France, to play in Lille.
One day off now (albeit travelling, as well as breaking down this show, and setting up the next) before arriving in Belgium for the show in Antwerp.
Initial reports from the fan community are that the show was as expected from last year's experiences of Roger's latest production, but as always, we value your first hand views on all the concerts - so if you went, please let us know your thoughts!
CONCERT REVIEW and PICTURES by BD CONTRIBUTOR, Thierry Carne
‌‌It's an honour for the Pierre Mauroy stadium to be chosen one more time after the successful concert of the Us And Them tour.
I arrived two hours before the beginning of the show, my goal was to make the round of the stage and find the corridor for the entrance of the artists. The thing done, I waited patiently. Belgium, English even Italian people were among the audience, which numbered approximatively 25,000.
Finally the show begin and as usual with a great sound and a great show. It was even more spectacular than the Us And Them tour, with breathtaking films and animations. The visual effects were superb. Have A Cigar, Sheep, Shine On and Run Like Hell stole the show.
The slow version of "Bravery" was very good and "Any Colour You Like" was a good surprise.
There was a lot of emotion when Roger left the stage during Outside the Wall. It's the best way to say goodbye.
Thank you Mister Waters.
