Roger's Us + Them tour heads into South America following the successful 2017 shows in the US and Canada, and the 2018 shows in Australia and New Zealand. At the original announcement of the tour, the following was revealed:
"We are going to take a new show on the road, the content is very
secret," said Roger Waters. "It'll be a mixture of stuff from my long
career, stuff from my years with Pink Floyd, some new things. Probably
75% of it will be old material and 25% will be new, but it will be all
connected by a general theme. It will be a cool show, I promise you.
It'll be spectacular like all my shows have been.”
The announcement notes that "Roger Waters' legendary live performances
are renowned as immersive sensory experiences featuring high class,
state-of-the-art audio visual production and breathtaking quad sound.
This new tour promises to be no exception; following months of
meticulous planning and visionary craft, US + Them will inspire crowds
with its powerful delivery and take the audience on an unforgettable
musical journey."
Those who have attended - or have seen pictures/video of - the US and Canadian shows, will know just how spectacular and moving this new production is, and how it is a show you really shouldn't miss!

CONCERT REVIEW by BD CONTRIBUTOR, Bruno CF
Roger played an awesome show on 09-10. All ascents on the sides and the floor (with the people standing) were completely full. There was nothing unusual about the setlist and Roger kept the same script from the other shows.
Due to some political references on the screen, like a hashtag 'EleNão', part of the crowd became a little aggressive at some points. For a moment, the crowd was divided in two, left and right, (in a ideological way, if you permit me to do this kind of analogy). The first time, the message appeared after the very end of the song 'Eclipse'. So part of the crowd started to scream as a negative reaction. Roger patiently waits for the people give some space and starts his monologue before the song 'Mother'. He was booed for around five minutes. At this point, the show became a bit apprehensive. He did a little explanation after this crowd reaction and starts to play 'Mother', still under some negative reactions. That was when the message appeared for a second time, during the line 'Mother should I trust the government?', and part of the crowd starts to react again. The concert, after all that, finished very well and commotional.
The repercussion in the Brazilian press, virtual media and social networks was immediate and it is still causing many reactions.
Now, if you permit me, a little contextualization about all this scenario in Brazil: the political running for the presidential chair is in progress at this exactly moment. People will choose the next president in two weeks, and the ideological fighting is happening everywhere. In a resume: the things are on fire, and Roger has six more concerts to do here.
YOUR HELP NEEDED! We want to cover Roger's concerts the best we can, to share the experience with everyone, especially those who won't be able to attend the shows. We'd love to see ANY pictures, tickets scans, reviews, newspaper reports, and anything else you come across for this show - we look forward to hearing from you!
