COMMENTS
Roger's 2013 tour of The Wall moves to Croatia for this show in Split. The stadium was built for the 1979 Mediterranean Games and is the home venue of the Hajduk Split football club. The stadium has a capacity of 35,000.
Stadion Poljud is located in the north of the city of Split on the shores of the Adriatic Sea. The stadium lies only a kilometre north of Split's historic city centre, and can thus be easily reached on foot. Alternatively, one can take bus 3 from the eastern side of the historic centre (from streets Zagrebacka or Zvonimira). Take the bus in the direction of Lora. Buses go every 15 to 20 minutes. Bus 17 to Studentski Dom is a good alternative, and bus 7 connects the stadium with the eastern parts of Split.
The RogerWaters.com presales have taken place, with advance tickets available to those who had registered their interest in particular cities. General sale tickets are now on sale through www.eventim.hr and other retailers (exact dates and outlets can be found via Roger's website). The public sale will also see a limited number of VIP packages made available for each show on the tour.
