Night ten of the tour, and for the time being, that's it for Milan. The whole production does return in three months time, to conclude the tour with two more shows in the city, but more immediately things now move on to The Netherlands for a pair of shows in Arnhem. If you went to this show in Milan, please let us know what you thought of the event, and if anything interesting or different happened if you've been to previous shows and can compare. Our good friend Simon Wimpenny was there, and he said that it was an "AMAZING show" (his capitals)!

CONCERT REVIEW by BD CONTRIBUTOR, Marco Gorla

Hi everybody - I'm here again to share with all of you another review of the "The Wall" concert in Milan, the last in April. I was in the general admission sector of the venue, near the mixer and I found this the best position to see a concert like this, to have the best view of the projection and to listen everything at the best way!

Another great performance of all the band, and Roger was in a state of grace and enjoyed so much the feeling with the audience and the audience had appreciated so much!! I try to see much details and was great to see Roger enjoy himself during songs like Mother, Another Brick In The Wall part II (at the end he says "bravi ragazzi" in italian to the children), Comfortably Numb, and the last part of the concert from In The Flesh to The Trial.

Another great thing was about the bricks, expecially for the last one, at the end of Goodbye Cruel World; when Roger finished singing the last word, they put on the last brick that was unprojected, but it became projected like all the others, whit a fade in effect! And the same things happened before for other bricks during the build of the wall... Incredible!

The audience didn't stop showing Roger and all the band how much they enjoyed the concert and everything else... During the intermission I listened to the people around me talking about the first half of the show and everyone had only enthusiastic comment to say! And the same happened for me and my friends... For me was another incredible night that I never forget, and once again, don't miss the chance to see this concert! Thanks a lot to Roger and the band for this amazing experience, much more than a rock concert!

CONCERT PICTURES by BD CONTRIBUTOR, Damiano Giuliano

Damiano took a very nice selection of pictures from the concert - some colour, some black & white, and a nice range of shots from wide, stage views, to close-ups of Roger and the other musicians. To view them, check out this page on flickr. Do make the effort to see the pictures - Damiano did a great job!

CONCERT REVIEWS and PICTURES by other BD CONTRIBUTORS

Hopefully coming soon - we welcome all contributions!
