WARNING - SPOILERS AHEAD!
Do not read on if you don't want surprises to be spoilt, regarding what the band played!
The Far Eastern leg of the show concluded in the same style as it started, albeit to a not completely sold out venue.
It seems Roger also had some new clothing to perform in, having
bought some 165 shirts and 5 stage suits from the Hong Kong legend,
Sam's Tailors! (Source here)
The tour now moves to Mumbai in India, with Roger performing there
on Sunday night (February 18th) to a capacity crowd who are incredibly
excited at the prospect of Roger coming to their country - a place that
many artists don't tend to visit whilst doing their tours, sadly.
Coincidentally, whilst on stage in Mumbai, his opera Ca Ira will be
being performed many miles away in Poznan, Poland...
CONCERT REVIEW - by BD contributer, Alan Cymberknoh
The concert was simply fantastic. Very touching the first half, with strong influences from Barrett and politics.
Second part, The Dark Side of the Moon was terrific, but I think that
VERA was the best part of the Show. The tension was on all of us to the
point of almost tears. Bring The boys back home!
This was my second time hearing Waters live. First was in Buenos
Aires Argentina in 2002., but here in Hong Kong it was much more
touching and the atmosphere of a "small" hall can not compare with a
cold football stadium.
Thanks and hope to see next time Pink Floyd ALL TOGETHER.
YOUR HELP NEEDED! We want
